Scarlett & Stephen are Married! | A Jacksonville Florida Wedding
What an amazing wedding that we just shot the weekend before last out in Jacksonville, Florida! We flew out a day early to shoot Stephen & Scarlett‘s new promo images for their re-brand as their studios are now coming together (more on that to come!) and were stoked that we got to spend a little extra time with our amazing friends.
These two have been close to our hearts ever since we met them back at Partner Con 2009. We met them at dinner and heard their amazing story of how they met, pursued each other and fell in love. After hearing the story, we asked them how long they had been together (assuming they had known each other for forever the way they talked) and they said, “two weeks!” We were just blown away at the connection that they had with each other and have been in awe of their relationship ever since.
These guys are soo special to us and we were absolutely honored to be able to capture their unique and beautiful wedding day. The colors, the life and the love of this wedding was unlike any other and we are soooo excited to welcome these two into the married club! We can’t wait to hang with them soon and hope that you all enjoy the onslaught of images you are about to receive!

Off to the ceremony! The wedding was held at Scarlett’s mother’s home which was incredible! The location was perfect for these two and the garden they were married in was done up just right!
Stephens expression when he saw Scarlett for the first time was priceless! Genuine love and excitement to be married to this wonderful woman.
Scarlett’s father passed away a few years back, so they reserved a seat just for him and put an image of Scarlett, her mother and him at the foot of the chair. It was very emotional and very special to be able to photograph this.
Stephen and Scarlett wrote their own vows which were really amazing and special to hear!
It’s official!! The new Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Knuth!!!!!!
Right after the ceremony we headed out for about 20 minutes to capture some memories of the two of them in this field. It was the most perfect light with the most perfectly in love couple!
And off to the ceremony!! We loved loved LOVE the styling and details of their reception!!
After the couple’s first dance, Scarlett played a video that she made of her dancing with her father before he passed away. They played the video while her and her mother danced together. It was an amazing moment to capture and the whole room was still while they danced… there was not a dry eye in that place.

This was the MOST BEAUTIFUL MOST sentimental weddings I’v ever been to. I had goose bumps through out the ceremony … it was so God-centric. Amazing. You guys did an AMAZING job capturing this special day. So happy I was able to share it with the beautiful couple.

Brought tears back to me…and I was in the 2nd row and witnessed the whole thing ‘in person’. Your photographic ‘MAGIC’ brought it all back to life… and you both orchestrated the entire shoot Professionally, and kept the participants feelings paramount.
